I received a copy of my credit report with the intention of trying to improve my credit and take care of my responsibilities and noticed a few accounts that I wanted a little more explanation on. I initially got in touch with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about inaccurate reporting multiple times but they responded by saying there was nothing they could do about it. The account was totally paid for as agreed, and is even closed now. Additionally, I reached out to the credit bureaus individually who later reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and still could not resolve problem. I am not saying they are right or wrong, I am just saying that they are not 100 percent correct for sure and that is evident in the INACCURATE AND DIFFERENT REPORTING to all 3 bureaus ( as listed below ). I also read something called the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it said by law, I had rights to challenge anything I am not sure is accurate. Some of the data being reported on some of my accounts, was totally inaccurate and that is why I am writing to you all. Upon initial request, they could not provide proof and as such, these INACCURATE LATE PAYMENT reported on my credit reports must be DELETED. Please investigate the following accounts and remove them if anything is missing or not correct on them.
