After several attempts to get proper documentation from SCA I contacted XXXX XXXX direct and I spoke with XXXX in billing on XX/XX/2023 she could not locate the account that SCA is trying to collect for much less provide any documentation showing the account is mine however, SCA has certified multiple times. This account is valid without once providing documentation, supporting their claims.
