Bank of the West promised in their advertising the reward of {$200.00} for opening and using their credit card and after spending {$1000.00} during the first 90 days send {$200.00} to my checking account. I successfully completed the requirements of their offer. I have the email confirmation from their rewards department about completing the offer but I dont have this money. I called to their customer service dozen of times, and every reps and manager promised to resolve the problem but never gave this money simply steal money. Their representatives promised to escalate my case to upper level but till today XX/XX/2023, I didnt receive this money.
