I bought a car from XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX store XXXX on the XXXX day I had it I had problems with it taking off every time I stopped like no power XXXXXXXX XXXX said they couldnt do anything it was over the XXXX day or XXXX miles warranty so they told me to call the warranty and they said I could take it to XXXX XXXX in XXXX and have a diagnostics run on it I did they said the whole exhaust system needed replaced that it was dangerous it was leaking everywhere possible and I ended up paying for the diagnostic warranty company wanted me to take it superiors in XXXX and they said the same my exhaust system the whole thing needed replaced so I called the warranty company XXXX XXXX and they agreed to let me change vehicles only if I signed their agreement which was I was to hold them for no liability for damages or personal damages which I told them I couldnt sign I have dr bills hospital bills and been out of work for carbon monoxide poisoning since XX/XX/2022 and I am having for pay XXXX dollars a day for the rental and insurance on rental which they wont pay this has caused me to be behind on my rent which never happened before this situation and Im still at my stomach daily taking medication for that but not helping much headaches dizziness and memory issues can you help me Im suppose to return the rental car today by XXXX which means I have no way to the doctor or hospital XXXX thank you
