On XX/XX/2022, I mailed a second request to TransUnion informing them that I recently had been informed that there were several inquiries that I did not authorize, in the file that XXXX maintains under my social security number. Upon reviewing my most recent credit report, I see that the inquiries are still listed. According to the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ), if the credit bureau can not VALIDATE the information, they must remove said information from the consumer 's credit file. TransUnion notified me that they verified the information, but refuses to show me documentation proving how they verified the information, and now refusing to remove the inquiries from my file.
