Several years ago, a property management company for XXXX XXXX XXXX sued me for eviction and a balance of about {$800.00}. The court ORDERED the eviction but denied any payments, specifically citing in the order that the amount owed was {$0.00}. Said management company, unhappy with that decision, FRAUDULENTLY conjured up a balance of about {$1400.00}, and ILLEGALLY sold it to a collection company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. That debt first came to my attention in XXXX, when it was reported on XXXX, and I submitted a dispute along with the court order directly to XXXX. After their investigation, XXXX ACCEPTED my dispute and DELETED the information from my credit file with their bureau. Now, the information is being reported again on Experian. I disputed it again, with all of the aforementioned, and even sent them the results of the XXXX investigation on the information. Experian just concluded its investigation and reported back to me that the information has been verified by the reporting company as accurate, and therefore it will not be removed from my file. Well of course their fraudulent and illegal information that was bought and paid for is reported as accurate, but it sure as XXXX doesnt supersede any court orders. Experian is proving me with no additional avenues or options to get this injustice resolved. I am filling this complaint to have them and EVERY CREDIT BUREAU PERMANENTLY DELETE this information as its negatively impacted my life, affecting my access to capital and increasing my burden of doing business.
