spoke to reprensative at this collection agency XXXX. last spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have informed company that this debt is not mine, it was under a name AA, with whom I have no association nor do I know how they accessed my information whether it be ID or social security fraud/impersonation. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that this should be erased from my file and accross the XXXX major credit reporting agencies. I have also reached out to XXXX XXXX ( last contact being today XX/XX/XXXX ) regarding this fraud and it still remains on my credit file negatively impacting my credit report and my ability to apply for a mortgage.
