During the month of XX/XX/2022, on approx XX/XX/XXXX a transaction from a hotel charge in Texas appeared on my account and a day later a charge for airline tickets appeared on my account. I did not complete these transactions. AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY DISPUTES OUTSIDE OF THESE TWO CHARGES IN MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. THE REASON THE BANK IS NOT GIVING MY MONEY BACK IS BECAUSE THEY SAY THE VENDER PROVED MY NAME AND ADDRESS WAS USED. THAT IS NOT MY CONCERN OR ISSUE I DID NOT DO IT AND IF ITS NOT FOUND AS FRAUD THAT AGAIN IS NOT MY ISSUE .... NO WHERE IN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH m AND t BANK DOES IT SAY THE VENDORS WORD TRUMPS MINE. THEY SAID SINCE MY NAME APPEARED IT IS VALID... MY ISSUE IS WHEN A FRAUD TRANSACTION HAPPENS I DO NOT KNOW WHY OR HOW THEY WOULD BENEFIT THE VENDOR BUT IT IS NOT FOR ME TO EXPLAIN IT IS SIMPLY NOT MY DOING. XXXX CHARGE FOR {$730.00} AND XXXXXXXX XXXX FOR {$490.00} TWO DAYS APART AND NEITHER ARE MINE
