On XX/XX/2019 there was a foreclosure sale on the property XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Mo and the XXXX purchaser was XXXX 's XXXX XXXX that he bought at the foreclosure sale. XXXX XXXX was the Trustee. XXXX XXXX submitted to the the XXXX XXXX Missouri Circuit Court that the sale was XX/XX/2019 and he purchased it. The property taxes have not been paid in 4 years. Two weeks ago the house flooded and he does not have a building permit. The property was never sold at the foreclosure sale since on XXXX XXXX web- site they list the property and XXXX XXXX is the mortgage holder. At a forclosure sale the property must be bought in cash and it was not.
