XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported a have a loan with them. I don't have a loan and have NEVER had a loan with this company. I RENT a room with them under house sharing. Last year they reported the same thing under a company called Esusu and both times my credit score dropped significantly. I disputed the Esusu last year and it was removed but my points weren't returned. I have reached out to both companies twice and have been told someone would get back in contact with me and after 2 weeks nothing! They are ignoring me just like last year. Something needs to be done because they are a rent reporting company and my good on-time payments are supposed to help increase my credit score not decrease it. On my credit report under account details it lists as rental agreement so why is this being reported as a closed loan? I was told last year by Esusu this is the only option they have to report payments and this is hurting me. My score has dropped again which is preventing me from obtaining an apartment. I DON'T want to continue to live in a ROOM! Ask this company to provide loan documents with my signature on them or remove this item from my credit report and this time restore all of my points that were taken away.
