Consumer Narrative

I filed a complaint on XX/XX/2022 and explained that all XXXX bureaus were reporting a charged off account inaccurately due to me reaching out to the bank and them sending me a letter saying they cant find the account that is being reported. XXXX claimed to send results saying that the item was removed from my credit report but it wasnt. I have Documentation of the letter from the creditor stating they can not find the account associated with the negative account reporting on my credit reports. XXXX and Transunion both ignored the request and claimed to have updated but nothing was changed. Updating is unacceptable it needs to be removed ASAP. As I will remind you, XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX is furnishing inaccurate information on my credit report. Under the consumer law 15 U.S.C 1681 E section B explaining Compliance and Procedures. " Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. '' Attached is a letter of PROOF! that the creditor has no record of the alleged " charged off '' account and is inaccurately reporting it on my credit report. This has caused my family a and I severe harm due to this erroneous inaccuracy. The creditor is also in violation of Consumer Law 15 U.S.C 1681 s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '' Please have all bureaus removed this inaccurate information. I have been disputing this for XXXX years now and if it is not resolved I will Take legal action as it is my right to do so. It is in accurate information and they wont remove it.
