On XX/XX/2022 I sent a letter to Experian and XXXX asking them to investigate the source of information found in my public record section of my credit report. I received the results stating it was reported by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX or XXXX XXXX. I sent a letter to both the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Both the courthouse and XXXX XXXX has no record of supporting the results sent from Experian or XXXX. According to the FCRA all information on my credit report must match and be accurate. XXXX has not public record reporting and this is a violation from EXPERIAN AND XXXX reporting false and inaccurate information on my credit report. They have not validated the information on my credit report accurately and I am asking for immediate removal of XXXX, inaccurate public information on my credit report. I was incarcerated the time this XXXX information was attached to my name. I have sent proof to both Experian and XXXX showing I am a victim of IDENTITY THEFT, and I did not authorize anyone to use my name to obtain goods or services in my name while incarcerated. XXXX XXXXXXXX # XXXX showing on Experian is not accurate and needs to be REMOVED asap for accuracy. XXXX XXXXXXXX # XXXX on XXXX is inaccurate and needs to be REMOVED asap for accuracy. All information must be accurate on all my reports and it's not. Please Uphold the FCRA credit laws as they should be held accountable. This is not an error or mistake me asking for the information to be immediately removed. Please see attached documents for proof.
