Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, husband ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) died in XX/XX/2022. The vehicle/loan is in my deceased husband 's name. I have contacted Nissan Acceptance Corporation, LLC advising them of his death and provided them with the death certificate. I have continued making the monthly payments. I have been calling customer service to see what the process is of getting the loan changed over in my name. I was asked to fill out an application and fax them over to them, which I have done several times and I also mailed it in, as of today the issue has not been resolved and the vehicle will be paid off in approximately 12 months. I need help with getting the title changed over so that I can ensure there will be no issues in the future in the event I need or want to sell the vehicle.
