I, XXXX XXXX, am writing this complaint for account ending in XXXX. This account was closed by DISCOVER, with no prior communication as to why or when this will happen. This account has been charged off- why you asking me for payments and illegally reporting inaccuracy to my credit report? You have been harassing me everyday with phone calls like clockwork. You are a debt collector calling me and harassing me violating federal law under FDCPA. You are providing false statement/representation by trying to collect amound that's already paid off ( charged off ). You are threatening to contact credit bureaus and damage my credit score - Regarding missing payments when this card is charged off. Your attempts to collect debt that is charged off, and now you are trying to double dip and commit fraud. They have left numerous messages on my phone and calling me from several numbers and constantly emailing me. XXXX XXXX
