I was charged a missed visit fee from XXXX XXXX but a provider never contacted me for my XXXX appointment. I have submitted my phone records to XXXX XXXX proving that I was never contacted by corporate to file my insurance ( which generally happens 30 minutes to XXXX hour prior to a XXXX visit, and then a text link for the provider is sent to me ). I never received a call from a provider at any time on the missed visit date, as evidenced by my phone records. I left multiple voicemails, spoke with multiple supervisors, and sent multiple emails to XXXX XXXX, but no solution or return contact was ever received. I kept being told the charge was " in review ''. Then, I received a collections notice. I have tried to file a dispute with KLS Financial Services four separate times now ( three times via phone and once via klspay.com per their statement ), and I keep being told that I " can not file a dispute '' and " should just pay the amount ''. My credit rating is excellent, and I've never had a collections company contact me in nearly 40 years. Obviously, there is something wrong, or I wouldn't be fighting two separate companies over a menial {$40.00}. But it's my {$40.00}, and I don't owe the charge. XXXX XXXX should be paying me for the missed visit, since their provider did not show for my appointment.
