On XXXX I disputed XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. ( Line Of Credit ) I asked Experian to supply information as to how they verified this account. I never received any information on how this account was verified, and yet it remains on my credit report. Under 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a ), you must complete this re investigation within 30 days of receipt of this letter. This did not happen. In addition The account was charged XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and is currently closed, but experian has updated the balance on a charged off account, putting it over the line of credit amount, which in turned dropped my XXXX XXXX by XXXX points.
