EXPERIAN is an elaborate mechanism that has been developed for investigating and evaluating the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and general reputation of consumers under 15 U.S. Code 1681- Congressional findings and statement of purpose. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( 3 ) EXPERIAN has ASSUMED a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( 4 ) there is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their GRAVE responsibilities with FAIRNESS, IMPARTIALITY, and a RESPECT for the consumers RIGHT to PRIVACY, as well under 15 USC 6802, 12 CFR 1026 and 1022. EXPERIAN has in fact violated the FCRA under 15 USC 1681a ( 1 ) ( 2 ) which states " Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. '' and included such accounts on my consumer report. EXPERIAN has been requested on XX/XX/22 to remove such accounts from my consumer report and It has been OVER 45 DAYS and EXPERIAN has not complied accordingly. This leads me to believe EXPERIAN ASSUMES the accounts are verified. I here by now demand under FCRA definition of " INVESTIGATIVE REPORT '' and 15 USC 1681i DEMAND NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF THOSE PERSONALY INTERVIEWED TO VERIFY SUCH INFORMATION and if requested information CAN NOT be given the requested accounts SHALL BE DELETED IMMIDIATELY
