This bank is the most disrespectful and incompetent bunch of people I have ever seen in my life. I had XXXX transactions that charged multiple times and it has been over a week since these transactions have been pending. The correct transactions have posted, yet Wells Fargo refuses to release the $ XXXX of my money that they think they are entitled to keep for themselves. I reached out to the bank and was forced to deal first with someone in another country who barely spoke XXXX and then by an XXXX XXXX who told me that the only thing she would do was file an authorization for these incompetent XXXX to continue sitting on my money for another XXXX days. I am sick of this and I want my money refunded NOW. If it is not back in my account by the end of XX/XX/2023, I will be filing legal action against Wells Fargo for refusing to return my money.
