I sent TransUnion a dispute letter on XX/XX/2022 regarding inaccurate and incomplete information being reported for my XXXX XXXX Auto Installment Account and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. I circled all the months that are incomplete for the XXXX XXXX Account. See attached. For XXXX XXXX, there are 12 months that are reporting that I paid {$0.00}, which is entirely incorrect. TransUnion sent me dispute results but it is unclear whether or not they updated the disputed payment history. When I tried requesting my free annual report, it directed me to an online version of my credit report which makes it difficult to determine whether or not they updated the disputed information. I also need to know if all my Fraud Alerts are removed because I have been attempting to remove them!
