This home buying process started in XX/XX/XXXX, we put a hold {$2000.00} deposit down on a new construction the builders, XXXX XXXX We worked with vip mortgage co of XXXX, AZ, the bate team, started construction put a earnest deposit on the home and expected closing was end of XX/XX/XXXX. Turned in everything in a timely manner the loan company asked for, but my retirement money could not be withdrawn. We moved to closing assistance. The date to close moved again to XXXX and issues started we signed purchasing documents XX/XX/XXXX. We done everything in a timely manner. I even purchased home owner insurance in XX/XX/XXXX because vip told me to do buy it for the closing, well we were moving in XXXX to the property, so I just recently cancelled the policy XX/XX/XXXX. Closing set for XXXX. I started noticing wrong address on documents and we signed to lock in interest rates and the officer saying we didnt, dont worry when we sign at closing we can ask all questions then. I was not told my driver rate and the interest rates I was locked in on twice. Where is my withdrawal and why my loan was withdrawn and why builders cancelled on me? XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX we signed another purchase agreement. Closing date moved again then builders and vip stop answering my texts and calls.? I was kept in the dark. Closing date moved again they wanted rent ledgers and income ledgers. Started telling builders we were not co operating. I called XXXX XXXX for updates and she told me vip wants to end the process. Then XXXX XXXX stop answering my calls, texts and emails. I reached out to my realtor which both companies seemed to speak thru her. To speak to me to tell me what I needed to finish. Paperwork turned in as requested the builder set another closing date we were not told the date and the builders closed our closing and will not return our deposit and vip just said its too late we sorry bye! I feel discimamated against in my first home buying process. This has been going on for months and we were planning on moving into our new home.
