I currently have an arbitration case against Wells Fargo Bank because a Wells Fargo Representative called me stupid over the phone because I asked a lot of questions in XXXX of XXXX. I asked why she called me stupid, and she told me that I was not understanding her. I asked to speak to her manager. I told him all about her calling me stupid. I have been communicating with some of the lawyers who represent Wells Fargo, but they are shady and can not be trusted. I sent them a letter that I received from who I believe is the individual I spoke to concerning the Representative calling me stupid, and they concoct a bogus audio to try and prove that the letter was in regards to a loan. I have a copy of the fixed audio and the letter. In the audio the made me say that I have taken out loans with Wells Fargo in the past and paid them off. Wells Fargo has never given me a loan, and I would never lie to loan officer to disqualify me for a loan. I would like to forward the audio and the letter, but I need an email address. I know you all have the capabilities to detect when audios have been altered. On another occasion, a Wells Fargo Representative took money from my account without my authorization. The Wells Fargo Attorneys did not give me enough of my account information to fight my case. They only gave me what would not help me.
