My complaint is to report Transunion for horrible customer service and refusing to discuss details regarding my credit report & score. More importantly, Transunion has recently dropped my credit score XXXX points!!!!! I logged into XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXo review all three credit bureaus records of my credit reports. NONE of the reports give a detailed account of why my credit scores either increase or decrease with each bureau. ( The XXXX score recently dropped XXXX points. ) I've called Transunion 3 times within the last XXXX weeks to get details on my report and scores prior to the XXXX point drop and the customer service reps would not discuss anything with me. The reps simply told me to look at the online credit report to find answers to my questions. I don't see the point in that when the reports give no details or insight to the activity on my credit reports. The reports are very vague! THIS NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED FOR CONSUMERS. Reviewing vague reports is criminal and limits the consumers ability to build a solid financial future as it relates to credit. The credit bureaus, such as Transunion, are quickly ruining my scores and credit, and I can't get any answers on why or how to fix the problem. I have one revolving account with my bank and 2 XXXX accounts. I have paid ALL accounts on time over the last 2 years and my credit score continues to SIGNIFICANTLY DROP! XXXX points is inordinate, especially when there is no record anywhere of why! I've worked VERY hard to improve my credit score to above 700. But what is the point if the credit bureaus are inaccurately reporting and inaccurately managing my credit report. It's angering that the credit score points will drop at high numbers, but when a consumer, like myself, does the right things and makes huge efforts to improve credit scores, they increase by one or two points at a time. That is absolutely iniquitous and oppressive! The entire idea of consumer XXXX scores is criminal and oppressive on its own, but that's another story, for another day. At the moment, I need to know why my score dropped XXXX points, given that I pay my bills ON TIME! And I need to know why the reports don't give thorough details on why scores increase or decrease.
