I've sent in disputes to XXXX, equifax and XXXX. I understand that they have thirty days to re-investigate my disputes. They are over the time frame and nothing has been resolved. I reqested for charge offs and collections to be removed from my credit report because I never gave written consent for anything to be furnished which a direct violation. They're willingly and knowingly reporting inaccurate information without my consent. furthermore I have many inquiries reported as well as late payments which is clear violation. I have a right to privacy and my rights are being violated. I've sent to these furnishers clear written instructions and they are requesting that I re-send them in which I will not because I've sent them the exact same information three different times
