Iit took me and my x boyfriend to get financing for my used XXXX XXXX through Hyundai motor finance co. My price of the vehicle was supposed to be XXXX payments at XXXX for 12 months then was told by my sales person XXXX XXXX XXXX Hyundai XXXX NV in 12 months no problem we will refinance your loan to make it doable. Well some serious things happened to me as inappropriate actions by my manager at XXXX where I was assistant manager I have a pending Case with XXXXi explained this to the representative and they just said put you on a payment plan XXXX a week well XXXX obviously is fighting my unemployment so I was denied they have a lawyer as well. So I told HYUNDAI REP.i had no help XXXX who is also on this loan Also took our savings and rent and ran away I have been struggling but I had just got a new job and was only there 4 days and contracted XXXX XXXX FOR THE SECOND TIME AND OUT OF WORK SEVENTEEN DAY 'S I EXPLAINED THIS TO HYUNDAI REP.. NOTHING I asked for a refinance I asked for payment deferral I've asked and asked for help before we are at the point we are at I just paid Hyundai XXXX THAT WAS MY RENT so I was two months behind and I thought this payment would put me in up to date status. NO COME TO FIND OUT NOTHING WENT TOWARDS MY PRINCIPAL so looking through my account in almost a year XXXX XXXX IS ALL THEY HAVE PUT TOWARDS MY PRINCIPAL! THIS CAR IS NOW ALMOST XXXX XXXX MORE THAN IT WAS 10 MONTHS AGO PLEASE HELP ME I LIVE IN RURAL NEVADA WHERE IT'S NESSASARY TO HAVE A VEHICLE JUST RECOVERING FROM XXXX XXXX AND THIS STORM XXXX NV I WAS OUT WALKING FREEZING BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THEM TO TAKE MY CAR.
