On XX/XX/XXXX I went to a XXXX walk-in location and informed them that my account had an equipment charge in the amount of {$120.00} and that I wanted it removed because they came to the house and picked up the equipment when the service ended. The agent advised me there wasnt a charge for {$120.00} on the bill and that the bill was incorrect and refused to remove it. On XX/XX/XXXX my credit monitoring app also notified me that my balance was increased {$1.00} from {$500.00} to {$500.00} and this caused my XXXX credit score to drop XXXX points. This is incorrect.
