Back in XXXX of XXXX my car was repossessed by HYUNDAI FINANCE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. When a car has been taken back by the finance company there are certain legal protocols that are suppose to be in place when such matters have been taken. They are required to notify consumers of each and every step after attaining a vehicle, such as, copies of the legal notices and proof of the commercially reasonable manner of the notification and resale of the subject vehicle. There were no communications of any legal notices sent to me at all. I sent them a certified letter back in XXXX of XXXX requesting them to comply with said legal notices, and if they do not comply they will be in violation under the laws of XXXX XXXX as well as State XXXX and XXXX statutes. And a deficiency can not be claimed unless all of the required notices were properly and timely given, and all of the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to.
