So I sent a letter off on XX/XX/, 2022 verified/ certified mail. Here is my tracking number to my letters is # XXXX. The purpose of this letter was to remove personal information that I do correlate with my accurate information as well as accounts that do not correlate to my informations. In violation of U.S.Code 1681e ( b ) the compliance procedures conclude all information should be 100 % accurate. According to the fair credit reporting act 12 USC 1681. I have the rights to my privacy. Also according to 15 USC 6802. No financial institution is not suppose to share my information to third party people. These are clear violations of my federally protected consumer rights.
