There was a shirt press ordered from heat transfer warehouse without a wet ink signature between both parties meaning myself and the company heat transfer warehouse. One of the stipulations was a signature was needed for delivery. XXXX attempted to deliver the heat press but it had to be returned because no one was able to sign for the package. The package was sent back to the heat transfer warehouse unopened and undamaged. I reached out to heat transfer warehouse when I noticed the third party company named affirm that financed the heat press was asking me for a payment. I reached out to affirm to let them know the heat oress was returned and I never received the heat press. Affirm told me I have to call the company and get a refund which I did and heat transfer refused to refund affirm. I stated to heat transfer that the package was not signed fir, I never received it and signature was one of the requirements and since heat transfer received the item back unopened they need to refund affirm fully and the rep from heat transfer said NO. I told the rep I WILL NOT PAY FOR MERCHANDISE NEVER RECEIVED THATS A RIPOFF AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE!. I reached back out to affirm and they told me to hit follow the instructions for a return on there website. Affirm then told me I have to make the psyments till heat transfer refund them the money and when heat transfer warehouse return the money to affirm then affirm would reimburse me any payments i may have made while waiting on my refund. I tols affirm i will mot pay a dime on something i never received and this whole situation is fraud and a money scam. I have emails from heat transfer stating they will not give me a refund even though I don't have the merchandise. This is illegal practice for both these businesses and a ripoff.
