I got a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX with monthly installments I was paying everything on that this was in XXXX come XXXX of XXXX had a bit of misfortune I was XXXX which payment stopped after that month was my last payment I come home XX/XX/XXXX and Im trying to get my phone back on I forgot the Lock Screen code took a couple of to get that right called all around trying to fix the problem when I find out who the XXXX party collection was called them like the XXXX week of XXXX explained my situation again asking to set payment plan no they want it in full I stressed that I couldnt come up with that when I only had XXXX left to pay on phone for it to be mine anyway still nothing they wanted it in full I exhausted all my resources like I told XXXX XXXX XXXX record show I was a excellent customer until my misfortune happened and I cant get any leniency what was I a good customer for XXXX I only owed XXXX XXXX dollars on my bill when I got incarcerated come home on XX/XX/XXXX they want {$1200.00} how thats so unfair.
