My name is XXXX XXXX My address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Amount : {$600.00}. DISPUTE CASE ID - XXXX XXXX Dear SIR or MADAM on Consumer Financial Protection Bureau! IN XXXX, everybody had XXXX ( Economy impact payment as rapidly as possible ) but i did not receive the card... On XXXX, XXXX i find out i quality to have the card but why didn't have the card. Check on old email, i find out the stament ... someone steal and use the card ... because all transaction unrecognized.. i call for customer service... than ... find out ... they SEND WRONG ADDRESS!! The address they delivered was XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. My address without XXXX XXXX. This situation is not my fault. Because WRONG address < i dispute all transaction in this account because NOT ME! I DID fill out the dispute form and explained they send WRONG address ... they are DENIED my case.. with reason " i did not provide enough information to support the case.
