However, XXXX has reported on my credit report that my XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments were 30 days late. The vehicle was paid off prior to the XX/XX/XXXX payment being 30 days late, and the loan was completely closed by XX/XX/XXXX. I have reached out to XXXX twice. The first time, they told me to dispute the information, and the person I spoke to said that these XXXX late payments are definitely reported incorrectly. I disputed with Experian, but the information was not changed. I then spoke to XXXX again and got a statement from them saying that the loan was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted this document with a new dispute for Experian. However, the incorrect late payments were not taken off my credit report. Experian states that XXXX has verified the information on my credit report as correct. However, I have documentation and have had conversations with XXXX that contradict that.
