XX/XX/XXXX, I visited an auto dealership For XXXX, I finally decided to trade my XXXX XXXX XXXX for the XXXX. After the dealership checked my credit report, I was informed that I had a recent collection added to me account, that significantly impacted my XXXX XXXX. When I returned home, I started investigating and seen that a " XXXX XXXX '' had contacted the XXXX credit reporting agencies, XXXX, Experian, and XXXX to add a collection of {$1400.00} dollars to my credit report. resulting in an ( XXXX XXXX REDUCTION ) due to the collection. Trying to resolve this with the XXXX XXXX representative, I explicitly explain. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME, I NEVER HEARD OF THIS, I was informed by the XXXX XXXX Representative, that XXXX XXXX have sent numerous letters/notifications to my current address since XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The Ironic thing is I DIDNT MOVE TO XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( work relocation ), HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? The bottom line is, NO ONE FROM XXXX XXXX, EVER CONTACTED ME, THEY CIRCUVENT WORKING TO RESOLVE THIS AND SIMPLY ADD THIS TO MY CONSUMER 'S CREDIT REPORT. as soon as I became aware of this, I immediately paid the {$1400.00} dollars, which I would have done, IF I HAD KNOWN THERE WAS AN ARREAR from a XXXX apartment. The representative from XXXX XXXX, informed me that If I paid this collection, the would remove this from my consumers credit report, I PAID THE COLLECTION THE SAME DAY, AND IT ONLY SHOWS PAID AND NOT REMOVED, MY CREDIT REPORT AS DECREASED BY XXXX XXXX due to this. I'm not disputing if the arrears are mine, I'M SAYING THE PROCESS XXXX XXXX utilizes is against the law, the consumer XXXX XXXX SOME PROTECTION from lazy credit collection agencies who don't want to contact consumers, just add this negative life changing collections to the consumers account and force then to contact us, THIS IS ILLEGAL, PLEASE PROTECT THE CONSUMERS, THIS IS RIGHT PEOPLE!
