On XX/XX/2022 my tax deposit for {$2200.00} was taken from me by Navy Federal do to a fraud and a possible data breach within Navy Federal. I needed those funds to purchase food and pay to pay my bills. Navy federal was already aware of fraud on my account and Still took my much needed funds. Ill be filing a lawsuit against Navy Federal because I was not the individual who overdraft my account in the first place. I spoke with the fraud department numerous times and they reassured me that I was not liable for the fraud on my account. I also dont understand how my account was overdraft when I didnt even have overdraft protection. Ill will be taking this matter to the supreme courts to shed light on this horrific event at this institution. Ive kept records to validate and furthermore prove my case.
