I was targeted with a XXXX to upgrade my current credit card. XXXX had no information and no disclaimer than an annual fee would be associated with the new card. I accepted the offer and shortly after received an e mail advising they inadvertently didnt include the annual fee on the advertisement and if I was charged it would be waived. I was billed for an annual fee.. Ive called over 15 times and was just told to wait for reimbursement per the e mail. I didnt want it to report to by credit so I paid but only after also assessing a late fee on the annual fee balance. I was told Id receive both back only I never did. Most recently I called and spoke to a XXXX who refused to transfer me to anyone above her. She advised there was nothing they could do and they had no idea why I received the e mail advised my annual fee would be waived.
