We hired XXXX XXXX of the law offices of XXXX XXXX XXXX to defend a foreclosure and to pay off the arrears for the property due to a divorce between my daughter XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. For over 4 years we directed him to payoff the Foreclosure amount of {$690000.00}, and he repeatly gave us all kinds of excuses as to why it couldn't be done or some other false information, next thing we know a private investor group, of which we suspect XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX is a part of purchase the mortgage and the house is schedule for a 90 day sale. We again told XXXX to payoff the {$690000.00} foreclosure amount and XXXX XXXX of this investor group demamnded {>= $1,000,000}. XXXX never objected to any of the falsified payoff letters of put in any defense to the foreclosure. When we attempted to notify Judge XXXX, XXXX NY Supreme court judge, of the Fraud on the part of XXXX XXXX of XXXX and XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX that purchased the debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The judge provided false information to my Daughter XXXX XXXX and forced her to sign a stipulation when we clearly asked for a 60 day stay of foreclosure activities. I, XXXX XXXX, never signed any Stipulation and we are being told that the property was sold back to the bank for {$500.00} despite having viable offers of {$690000.00}. The assessed valuation of the property is {>= $1,000,000} and the foreclosure judgement is for only {$690000.00}. This is a clear case of fraud on the Part of XXXX XXXX XXXX of the XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX to steal the property and resell it for a windfall This is a typical XXXX. that was detailed in the recent Wells Fargo settlement of XXXX XXXX dollars. XXXX we are being served with papers to vacate the property.
