I recently sent your agency a dispute document requesting an investigation on inaccuracies appearing on my credit report I received your response and the following inaccuracies remain on my credit report. It is my right to have an accurate credit file and errors like this are detrimental to my financial well being. According to the fair credit reporting act section 607 I am entitled to a complete and accurate credit report the item listed below is not accurate nor correct therefore in violation of my rights under the fair credit reporting act therefore must be removed immediately. I do not have accounts or debt with the following creditor therefore I am requesting the original purchase agreement with my signature. Also provide documentation that show you are the legal owner of this alleged debt as well as all terms and conditions. If such can not be provided I request IMMEDIATE deletion off my credit report. Section 607 states you must ensure maximum accuracy of the information contained in my report. Please respond promptly. I prefer that we both avoid pursuit of my rights under 15 USC section 1681m and 1681o, which requires your compliance with the law.
