XXXX has CONTINUOUSLY disregarded all of my disputes of an account NOT being mine. When I reported to the company that my Identity was stolen they disregarded that and continued to report that I owed this balance that is due. I PAID THE BALANCE ON XX/XX/2022 IN THE AMOUNT OF {$280.00}! I PAID IT TO TRUE ACCORD WHICH IS THE COMPANY THAT THIS DEBT WAS SOLD TO! XXXX and TRUE ACCORD has failed to report to XXXX that the balance is now {$0.00} and this account is no longer in collections! I have reached out to ALL 3 COMPANIES numerous times as well as submitting NUMEROUS disputes! Well XXXX just responded to XXXX that the information CURRENTLY reported is correct they VERIFIED that this information is correct which is a complete LIE! Please see the 2 attached screenshots!!!!
