My wife and I on XX/XX/XXXX started looking into purchasing a new build with V.I.P mortgage company along with XXXX XXXX for property XXXX XXXX XXXX in Arizona XXXX loan # XXXX we put XXXX down as an XXXX payment but now that the builders and the mortgage company have blamed us and closed on our deal without our consent and not refunding our XXXX deposit over the course of these past 7 months this process was a nightmare major financial disaster that has caused devastating distress upon our families financial emotional & psychological quality of living so we are seeking remedy of our proper compensation for a full refund for these negative damages inconvenience and experience as a first time home buyers!!
