In late XXXX I obtained a credit card through Capital One, I activated the card for use and stuck it back in it's envelope because I had no need for it yet. In XXXX of XXXX I went to XXXX XXXX Basic Training, leaving the card behind all but forgetting about it, and sometime in early XXXX I asked my parents to send my important documents to my new station, my credit card was included in these documents. Then in XXXX of XXXX I deployed, again, still haven't touched let alone used the card up until this point. I returned in XXXX and a month or so later I needed a new car so I turned to the credit card to see how much I had balance-wise because at this point I couldn't remember how much it was worth, so I logged into Capital One, and noticed there were two separate transactions ; one for roughly {$100.00} and another of about {$200.00}, both from ATM 's but I couldn't see where, I tried a couple times to get ahold of someone so I could get it sorted out, I even followed the websites instructions to try and report it but I was just taken to website after website to no avail, I recently got in touch with a representative who advised me to report it through the police and said he would send me the documents for the bank statements since I no longer have access to the account, I'm completely locked out of it, but it's been a few weeks now and I've received nothing so I wanted to try to bring this here before I try to call and file a police report.
