I closed an account with Kohls credit card through capital one early this month. I was sent a bill that I was told was already taken care of. When I called to pay the bill the associate ran my credit without permission, when I asked about he denied that my credit was ran. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was also denied. I called back and was given a new representative who told me he could see that my credit was run, but could not find a reason why. The company with not give me any information on my credit and will not let me pay my bill.
