XXXX XXXX has furnished a charge off account to my consumer report to the consumer reporting agencies in which in turn have directly affected my financial reputation. This company has failed to abide by the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act of 1999 ( GLBA ). I DO NOT AND DID NOT CONSENT to the furnishing of this information. I am aware that I have the right to privacy of my non public personal information in accordance with 15 USC 6802 and I am exercising that right and demanding that the furnishing of this information be removed from my consumer report and not be reported by XXXX XXXX to neither XXXX ( XXXX, XXXX, Experian ). XXXX XXXX did not disclose to me my right to opt out of disclosure of my non public information. I was not given the opportunity to opt out out of the disclosure of my non public personal information and I was not given any directions on how to exercise my right to opt out of said disclosure in accordance with 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( a ) ( A ) ( B ) ( C ) for failure to comply with these requirements. XXXX XXXX is in violation of 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( a ) ( A ) ( B ) ( C ) for failure to comply with these requirements. I ask of this company This notice is a CEASE AND DESIST of all illegal activities, including reporting which constitutes collection activities.
