These collection accounts being furnished and reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX are hereby reported as fraudulent accounts to the FTC and the NC Department of Justice XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX are fraudulent and have been actively furnished unlawfully by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Remove immediately! The collections accounts being reported to the credit bureaus, after XXXX plus disputes, and laws violated against me were never investigated properly nor were the accounts ever validated properly even when an attempt of validation was sent to me XXXX years after the credit bureaus unlawfully allowed these collections to stay on my credit files even after XXXX plus complaints filed with you and over XXXX complaints to the CFPB in numerous times asking for validation of these collections and a statement of what services that I had allegedly received in 2017 to warrant these claims by XXXX XXXX XXXX giving you all as a whole numerous times to take take appropriate action per XXXX laws and state laws and i continue to contend i have no knowledge of these XXXX debts that this rogue lawless collection agency has furnished derogatory information and never once after XXXX plus companions properly or successfully provided any documentation to me that is required by law and have put themselves in great legal peril because their actions have been unlawful and the XXXX, XXXX, and Experian will be held legally accountable once I have my day in court with this out of control collection agency that has demonstrated deception trade practices at a whole new high according to law enforcement officials i have spoken to. Furthermore, these XXXX collections are unlawful and you all are liable for your actions.
