XXXX is reporting a bankruptcy on my credit report an they have put in the data furnisher as being the us bankruptcy court of Georgia, which is false I have attach a letter from the us bankruptcy court of Georgia verifying and stating that they do not furnisher information over to the credit bureau or any credit monitoring service nor do they verify or validate any information concerning bankruptcy. XXXX is falsely stating this information and refusing to remove this false information from my credit report.
