We have called Wells Fargo on 7 separate attempts, the last one yesterday wanting to speak with a supervisor, and we waited over an hour and while we continued to wait, we were hung up on. We only needed bank statements and a closing statement to help our disabled resident out to get XXXX to continue the care he needed. We had everything that was needed for the information and verifications, and they still wouldn't help us. Each worker would tell a different excuse, and none would be the same. This is ridiculous and not professional. This is not the first issue we have had with Wells Fargo either. This is on behalf of one of my residents I am the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for the home.
