XXXX XXXX is reporting to my credit bureaus that I was late multiple times on my lease payments but I NEVER was! I have always paid on time. I have my payment set up on their account for autopay. They draft my payments directly. This is hurting my credit score and my ability to get a car loan to buy out the lease so that I do not have to deal with their fraud anymore. They have already been fined by the government for this exact thing before and they are doing it again. I have attached a screenshot of the fraud on my credit report and I have attached my payment history that clearly shows I paid on time every month.
