Santander consumer usa violated my rights After reviewing the truth in lending they provided me the calculations was all wrong. Not only that they have been furnishing my information to XXXX party with out my consent or notice. My car was recently stolen from my possession with XXXX party affiliated which i have never consent for them to continue giving out my personal information I recently sent them a notice to stop and deceits they continue to violated me with no regards to my notice. i have suffered tremendously from this whole ordeal.
