applied for financial relief in XX/XX/2022 & after sending paperwork requested multiple times was told paperwork was missing & application was denied the process to submit request is very difficult & they make it impossible to get approval this violate federal law process should not be this hard only to get denied after sending in more & more paper work they also want you to constantly send in updated bank statements multiple times
