I have been sending written correspondence to XXXX and EQUIFAX since XXXX of this year regarding this closed account, XXXX The company is showing 1 late payment. I contacted the company in XXXX and they were courteous, but unable to assist. I believe it something to do with the company 's name changing or not being able to access my records.
