TransUnion currently is reporting under XXXX XXXX XXXX that I have a 120-day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX and a XXXX late payment in XX/XX/XXXX ; both are incorrect and should not have been on the report to begin with. I initially filed a dispute to this item earlier this fall and was told by TransUnion that they have no control over what they are reporting but rather they have to report what the creditor tells them to report -in this case XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have spoken to XXXX XXXX XXXX on several occasions regarding this issue and each time I am told that this reporting discrepancy should have been resolved since the other reporting agencies have already removed these erroneous late payments. These incorrect late payments are still being reported by TransUnion and it is currently keeping me from my correct and proper credit score and status. I need to turn to you because I can't determine which one of these parties is actually responsible for removing these items from my TransUnion credit report.
