I have a free account with Experian to monitor my credit. At one point in the past I tried to use one of their premium paid services but decided it was not worth the price. After successfully canceling the service, I was unable to remove my payment information ( Stored Credit card number, expiration, and XXXX code ) from Experian 's system as it is no longer needed, and always a prudent security measure in protecting your credit cards. I contacted Experian to have it removed and they outright refused to do so. I am contacting you to force Experian to give customers the option to remove their payment information from their Experian accounts as Experian has no practical use to keep that information. I believe this also violates XXXX compliance laws.
